I had been using FlightDeck with my Pixhawk for quite a while without issue. I recently upgraded to a Pixhawk Cube. I assumed, since the settings in arducopter were the same for Pixhawk / Pixhawk2 that I just needed to change the connector on my telemetry cable. Unfortunately it no longer works with my X7 just saying “waiting for sensors”.

Cable is plugged in to Telem1
SERIAL1 is set to 10, and is the only SERIAL set to 10

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    William.

    Hi William,

Yes, you would only need to change the connector, and the pinout is in the same order. However, please double check the pinout assignment, especially making sure you properly locate pin 1 on both connectors. You may have to “flip” all the wires, just as in a mirror image…

Configuration in ArduPilot is the same and looks good.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here’s a picture of what I’m doing.

Pinout is good so it should work.. you may want to check out continuity or something.. maybe there’s a short.. maybe the pins don’t touch in the socket of the Ph2? Conceptually it’s fine though.
