I have setup the C&T telemetry cable to Pixhawk 2 and Frsy X8R receiver and FlightDeck running on my Taranis 9D+. All works great and super valuable to get telemetry on the radio screen. Planning on getting the FRSKY R9M module. Anyways: I would like to get the telemetry MAVLINK feed from my Taranis, to a close by tablet or PC running a ground station. I think the TBS Crossfire TX has a Bluetooth module that can do just that. Could the serial port in the battery bay be used?

    Hi Luc,

The FrSky link is not capable of supporting the MAVLink protocol because of the limited bandwidth. A native FrSky protocol is used instead.

TBS Crossfire does not support native FrSky telemetry.

Use a telemetry radio. They will work with Mission Planner, qGroundControl, and APM Planner 2 on a Windows PC, and they should work on a Linux box running qGC as well. There is an Android version of qGC that will work by using an OTG Cable between the radio and your Android device.
